Our Commitment
 

We will always explain what repairs are required and why, before repairs are performed.

After the service is performed, we will explain and itemize all parts and labor on an invoice by a knowledgeable service consultant.  We will retain all old parts for inspection and they will remain on the premises for 24 hours after the vehicle is obtained.  After this time all parts will be disposed of or recycled.  The service consultant and technician assigned to your vehicle will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding repairs performed and any repairs required at a later date.

LABOUR CHARGES
Our technicians' time is billed out at competitive rates.  The total labor estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labor time guide, or by a job package which includes parts and labor whichever benefits you the most.

PARTS
We use only high quality parts backed by a national warranty.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
Every time we repair your vehicle, we test drive it and we may call you a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction with the service visit.  All estimates are conducted in accordance with our code of ethics.

We can only solve your problem if we know about it, so please let us know if we have failed to meet your expectations in any way.
